In school, I’ve seen what truly helps children thrive. As a Primary School Principal here in Ireland—and through presenting at international conferences like the European Conference on Education—I’ve tested approaches that work in real classrooms with real families.

Along the way, I realised many parents want to help but aren’t always sure how. I began sharing simple, do-able ideas on Instagram, and today over 310,000 parents learn with me there.
